What do your buildings cost?
For a standard ‘off the shelf’ 1 bedroom home delivered and installed start from £49,000 with 0% VAT
How does installation work?
All our structures are built within a controlled environment, in some situations structures will be constructed on-site. Instahaus also offers full groundworks or can work alongside your builder. If required structures can be on a chassis for delivery on a lorry and put in situ.
Do you offer an financing options
We are currently under negotiation with lenders to facilitate loans and mortgages.
How long does it take to put up my building?
Our timber structures are crafted to order, and our typical lead time is 3 months from ordering. Delivery and setup for our standard 2 bed structure is 24hrs.
What are the Planning Rules for these buildings?
Our timber structures can be situated within the garden, or driveway of the main dwelling without the need for planning permission. Deemed a ‘mobile home’ or ‘static caravan’ regarded in law as a ‘chattel’ which comes under the ‘Caravan Sites and Control of Development Acts 1960’ and Associated Articles. It is however advisable to apply for a ‘certificate of lawfulness’ from the planning authorities.
COVID-19
During the COVID-19 outbreak we are still fully operational with new builds still being undertaken. Procedures have been put in place to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients and staff and, if a site visit is required, we will liaise with you prior to arrival to ensure appropriate steps are taken to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
