The Instahaus Process
From enquiry to the final delivery and connection of your Instahaus on-site, we work hard to make the process as seamless as possible. At the outset of the process, our in-house designer, Kate day will work closely with your ideas and budget to create your perfect Instahaus. Our team can work closely with you to help navigate the planning process. Moving forward, our team will build your Instahaus in just 8-10 weeks at our workshops here in Somerset before delivering and connecting your Instahaus.
Self Build Kits
Self Build Kits are available from £15,000 + vat. Please contact us for further details. Specification includes: pre-manufactured timber frame panels to build all internal and external walls, pre-manufactured floor cassettes, and all roof trusses and bracing. The kit can simply be bolted together and competent DIYer and assistant should have a watertight shell erected within 2 – 3 days. We offer full telephone support but should you require the kit assembling then we can usually supply one of our carpenters on a fixed day rate.
